I've been doing wiring maintenance for a customer that was passed to me from a phone guy who had to quit the business (cancer). This customer asked me to add a spare phone they had to their Electra Elite. After I did, I found all ports but the managers are restricted from "dial 9."(This is a restaurant)
I've been searching for manuals, figuring it is a COS or something similar. I've found COS in the programing manual (1-8-08) but can't find a manual on system admin from a keyset.
Is the only way to configure the Elite via the terminal software?
If so, is this a time consuming path to follow?

Appreciate some guidance.....
