So I dial the VM pilot enter a password, press 5 to send a message. According to the Docs one can enter the group name or group number. Sandy is only asking for a Last Name So I try the Group Name as stated in the docs, but Sandy doesn't recognize "tes" the Group Name is "Test"
Any Ideas on how to enable this if needed? I also tried on a builtin group owned by .SYSTEM to no avail.

Hmm, not sure why I can't create those from mailbox manager. I'm actually updating the UM software as we speak. What I did do was go through and create a numbered group using the station instead. VM Pilot > 754 > 1(public) > ## (to add by extension not name) and added all of the room numbers. Tested and it works great. I'd still be interested to know why groups added via MM or the builtins don't actually work.
