Electra Elite IPK, when I dial extention 106 I get 00:DND on my phone display and a busy signal. This extention was previously working. Also if I got to that phone I can call other extentions from it. Any ideas?

That phone is set to DND (Do Not Disturb). It also has no call forward to voicemail set up.
There is probably a button on the phone that is lit all the time. Press that button so that the light goes out. Then call the phone.
Or dial the Feature Access Code "Do Not Disturb -- Reset" which should be shown in the literature given to you by the original installer.

Feature button then 69 on the dialpad should reset it.
If not try dialing SPEAKER then 42 to cancel DND or CFD All.

Thanks, intercom 42 solved the problem. Now I notice when I pick up the phone it takes the next availible line such as 1 or 2, when it is suppose to take line 7 like the other handsets. Is there an easy fix for this problem?

The phone may not have all the lines programmed on it, and so is picking whichever lines it has programmed on it.
You probably need to have a tech reprogram that phone.
