We have voicemail to Email set up on our Elitemail LX system. Everything was working fine until we migrated our email to the cloud. The Elitemail sets the "To" and "From" fields as the user who is receiving the voicemail. Our cloud solution does not allow that. Is there any way to change who the "From" field (sender) is?
