One of our NEC phones has line one locked out. You can not answer calls from line one on this phon or if you hit the line one button while not in use it gives you a busy signal. Any information on how to fix this issue would be great!

Thank you

If resetting the phone does not help, a reset of the KSU might (not recommended w/o a backup). Various things could be causing this.

I have figured out that it has dumped its line one programing on that phone. How do I program line 1 again?

DTerm 80 is the phone. What kind of phone system?

Your best bet is to call your vendor and have him reprogram the key assignments.

Electra Elite IPK.... We are trying to avoid calling the vendor as they charge a minimum of $250 just to walk into the door. It is only on the one phone.... line one works on all the other phones in the building

I'm afraid that someone with programming knowledge will be needed.

Some alternate vendors (hopefully more reasonable) can be found by clicking the "Installers" button, above, or by going to NEC's website: https://www.neccare.com/contracts/associates.nsf/zsearch?OpenForm
