Quick question, If you set DND 3(all) at a phone and someone transfers a call to VM (by dialing extention number followed by 8) the call goes to the main greeting in VM, not the users mailbox. We got around this by setting DND 1(external) however the issue come in with the operators DSS button for that extention. It doesnt flash when DND external is used as it does when DND all is set. Any suggestions ??? THANKS !!

If your talking about the external 60 button DSS then have a look at PRG 30.05.02.

This also applies to the type 01 DSS on a local station..
