Customer has a used UX 5000 that he acquired. It has been unplugged for about 2 years.
I would like to replace the battery. Anyone know the battery part number and where is it located? I have not opened up equipment yet.
Also, where in Southern California can I get the proprietary cables for the 4 C.O. lines and the 8 stations that plug into the 8 pin ports on the card below the processor card? Thank you.

If your talking about the battery on the CPU its a lithium CR style. (Coin) You can get them just about anywhere. The battery does not hold the programming it is Flash ROM based. The battery is primarily for the clock/calender. BTW the battery life should be about 5-7 years.
I make my own cables just using 4 pair and Solid type MOD plugs. Faster and cheaper. The plugs are wire USOC not 568 stsyle!
