Is it possible to replace the internal battery back-up batteries on an IPK II without powering down the system? I have a customer who would like them swapped out but they do not want to power down if they do not have to. Thanks

Yes, the internal UPS battery packs can be changed without shutting down. Now the lithium battery on the CPU is another issue.
