I don't typically work on Nec equipment. I have a customer that bought 4 Avaya systems from me, and they have this Nec that we will replace this fall. They want to be able to call forward calls to a cell phone. It will not allow them to do this I assume a system restriction needs to be changed. I can forward calls internally. Can some one point me in the right direction?

Thanks Mike

There are station COS & trunk settings that allow external call forwarding. If you can get the ip address of the system, use web pro to change. I think there is a wizard for external CF. If you need help getting the IP, let me know.
