Sup Folks, Still plugging away at this new system. Hey, I'm now trying to program the AA and after getting the port and pilot numbers figured out(i think) I started with the AA. On page 1-3 of the inmail manual i tells you to DIL the trunks to Inmail. Well in program 22-02-01 I have no trunks to DIL. I programed the eight trunks to be used in intuition mode and apparently they are not being seen. Make any sense? Has anyone else utilized the tech support line with any success? Thanks in advance!!

Are you hooked up to a live system, if so download the database before making changes and the trunks should be there.

You could always use WebPro too.

That took care of it. I swear I had done that already, but apparently not. The book (Inmail Feature Manual) says to enter 200 for each trunk you designate as a DIL. Does that mean to enter 200 in all the boxes in 22-07-01, because that's what I did.

If you are doing a DIL to the AA, I would think you have to enter the pilot number of the Inmail, providing you have already created your department group for the Inmail.

Unless you are doing mode switching (day night etc..) putting it in mode 1 only will work.

Actually this is more like a toned down UX5000. Yes it networks.

You need to very carefully read the networking section. Things aren't entirely what you think.

Ver 1.5 is on NTAC.
