Using SIP trunks, provider is sending ten digits.Provider (TouchTone Communications) says they can not change. The SV 8100 will not let me go above 9 digits. Any one have any ideas other then changing providers?

Yeah but the first 6 digits are all the same Right? Which would mean you should only be concerned with the last (4) for your DID's.

The system will only care about what you specify. If you set it for 4 it will use the last 4 as long as the provider is sending 4 or more. Which in your case they are.

I'm also not able to get my DID's to work. the provider says getting error code 404 "not found" when trying to dial one of my DID's. I have it normally programmed as if was a normal pri. but these are sip trunks. Please help, and thank you.

PRI? What do you mean? You Have SIP License’s in the Switch right? You may have to call NTAC for help on Programing for SIP Trunks, its more involved than PRI. I installed an 8100 with Broadvox, took some trial and error to get it to work. NTAC had a Cheat Sheet for The Broadvox, maybe they have one for Touch Tone.

TouchTone is not on the NEC List of carriers that has had the inter-interoperability tests done.
I am not sure if they just didn't try yet, or it was not operable.

is incoming traphic not working at all or are they not routed as programmed in the DDi table. if the last is the case maybe the Called Party Info in PRG 84-14-09 is not on TO header.
