Setup my first, well actually 2nd SV8100, this one had UM8000. I have the auto attendant and all working but now they want to add a second level to the auto attendant. For example, when the called dials 1 they want it to roll to a 2nd recording with options. I have created a Transaction box of 801. Here is where I am stuck. On the opening announcement one-key dialing what do I put on the 1 for it to roll to the 801 transaction box?
