i have done all CMDS related to SMDR in the Manual Release 14 to connect PC to 2000 IPS and get data on Hyper Terminal
for SMDR on IP Programming in Page 667 & 668 done it all Except
CMD 08>827:0 (None Parity)
CMD 0B00>02:None ( didn't put gate way )
shall i put my SMDR terminal IP in the IPS Gateway ??

also did ( Built in SMDR Service Programming )page 669

i used in the pc IP: 192.168.1.40 & SUBNET:255.255.255.0
didn't Set gateway
and at hyper terminal choosed TCP/IP WinSock
HOST IP : 192.168.1.36 for the IPS
Port: 60010 <--- As mentioned in manual

btw i hav tried to set the gateway for both of them but still same problem nothing come out in the hyperterminal

For SMDR over Ip you have to poll the PBX in order to get call records just connecting using hyper-terminal is not going to work.

some commands are missing...
in 0401 set 05 to 0 so that smdr data will go via lan port.

smoom thanks alot : but hyperterminal have worked before with some ppl with SMDR over IP .. i have done all the programming required in the manual for it ... but maybe something wrong in syncronization between pc+hyperterminal with PBX

shall i remove the programming CMDS !!!! i think it's wrong isn't it ?
