System is a NEC UX5000
I changed intercom mode from voice announce to ring and when I intercom the Ext it does not ring can anyone help with this.

What is it doing? Does it still voice announce? Did you change it on the phone itself, or system wide in programming?
This should be a pretty easy fix with more details to go on.

Changed at the Extension call1+823, the light at top of phone flashes along with call1 button, when i switch back to voice call1+821 voice announce good, swapped phones still have issue, i set volume up while calling extension and still no ring just flashing.

Press the menu key and make sure headset ringing is not turned on.
