Hello All, Checked the software and it is R4.12. Could it be the FMS inskin does not use "&" for Hookflashing the CO?

Thank you DrPBX, Yes, the recall button is right and it does send out a hookflash on the Co. What I'm trying to do is trans. calls to there cell phones if they select that option through the VM. Sending the call back through the CO and releasing the line. I had done this with an VMS a long time ago.

If you trying to do this while listening to their message you can't. The Elite mails unlike the AD8 mails on the PBX system will not do a hook flash / Centrex type of transfer but only trunk to trunk via a virtual. If you want to do a Centrex type of transfer have a look at this method. It's messy but it works.
