I am a Nortel/Avaya/Lucent/Cisco guy but I have an NEC dsc200 system with software 3.22.12 and intramail 8 port. I have read through the manuals but still having an issue.
I have a a system that goes AA then the system says Please hold and transfers you to RG 600. if no one picks up it then goes to RG VM 600 which is setup as call routing to DAT where the user can press 0 for voice mail or continue to hold and it transfers them back to 600 RG.
My client would like to increase the default ring time of 5 rings to 10. The issue i am having is i have rest the DiL timer and UCD which i read would increase this but nothing has changed it. I know i can change the timer on the stations section (403) but this does not effect the ring group timer.
any help is appreciated.

Try changing the DIL no answer or maybe the trunk revert timer in 401. Also check timers in 8005, may be the culprit. I'm sort of unclear how you truly have the trunks terminated!
