I have created a message group with 3 members. I am calling from the owner of the group and press lvmsg and then press ## and enter 678 for the group name and then option 7 for greetings but it only plays the personnel email for that user and not allow to set one up for the group...any suggestions?

Wouldn't that be how you admin a transaction box? Groups are admin'd elsewhere is the users mailbox.

I actually figured out that I could do it through the admin console on the UM8000. I got them mixed up I did transaction boxes yesterday...is it friday yet LOL It's rough walking persons through it when you aren't on site.
