My customer has lost their Intra mail card that sits on the daughter board of the cpu is there a way to isolate weather the trouble is the cpu, daughter board or vmail flash card or change all 3

If the system is up and working except for VM then I would expect it to be the VM
If there are other issues then it could be the CPU
I happen to have a used Intra mail for the 2000 Pm me if your interested
