Hi folks,
Hoping someone can help out a newbie.
I'm looking for the simplest solution to what i think is referred to as offsite call forwarding. Everything I've seen so far is either full PBX or a little box that takes advantage of three-way calling.
I think I want something in between.
Basically, I want to take a VOIP device overseas, recieve calls to my US number and forward them off onto the local phone network to my cell phone. I'd like to just plug in one rj-11 from the VOIP device and one from the local POTS line and voila!
Is that possible?
I see the panasonic kx-ta as one possibility, but even that may be too much functionality.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Took me a while to find this, but its what I've been looking for for years... www.pcphoneline.com "VoIP Gateway FXS to FXO Port Converter" for $40. I don't know why they put "VoIP" in there, as its just an FXS to FXO converter, with password options, call forwarding, etc...
