I got tired of dealing with Outlook problems and now use Thunderbird. I like it much better and don't have any virus issues trying to use my outlook address book. Heck I don't even have anti-virus running and no problems yet!! Going to knock on some wood now!!

What kind of issue are you having? I have been using Outlook 2003 since it came out. Never have had any issues with it. Quite honestly, their isn't a better email program, especially one that works seemlessly wiht Office apps and syncs with my PDA. I run about 15 different email accounts off of one application with no issues. Explain the problem you are having, maybe I can help.

It was a corporate thing to use Outlook. We just upgraded to Outlook 2003 for our dept before we push it to the rest of the staff. When you are in IT, you are also guinea pigs. Their fix is to view it using the folder view instead of clicking on it. something about where the view is stored. Of course it still doesn't stay after I change the style. Apparently they completly forgot that it quit working under Office 2000 after a security patch. Do they even have Quality Control at Microsoft??? Oh ya...They have "confirmed that there is a problem in this product" Well no fooling........ And did they really enhance Outlook with this version or just another excuse to get more money from us ! ! ! !
Sorry just venting............ :bang: :bang:
