I have already posted this in the Nortel forum. Thought that someone here might have run into this issue before.
I have customer with a CP 150, 2.5 software, 100 maiboxes and 100 seats of Unified messaging. They are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003. Outlook connects with the call pilot and we can see messages delivered to outlook. When we click on the folder to view the messages all we see is a picture or icon of an envelope, and we can’t do anything with it. We cant open it, save it, or even forward it. It's like we have been sent an envelope with nothing inside it. Has any body run in to this issue before?

Have you checked Outlook and your antivirus to make sure they are not blocking the opening of sound file attachments?
