I'm having a problem with my incoming mail server. Everytime I open up the program, I get an error message. I go to check the mail servers and the incoming shows up as an IP address instead of a pop account. I change to my pop account and I get mail. Once I close the program and open it again, it changes to this unknown IP again. Any help from the IT gurus would be appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

What happens if you build a new user with the correct pop account and save then reopen.

Resolve your mail server address and see if this is the same address that keeps reappearing in the incomming mail setting.
If not, i smell a virus infection.

Thanks guys, it must have been a virus. It works fine now after I did a virus check and noticed I had one. I deleted it and then took the steps you gave me and it comes up the same server now every time.
Thanks for all of your help
Chris
