Has anyone had any luck recording webinars. I bought some software, but it plays back video but no sound. Then sometimes it records in MP3 but no video. I have used the WM 11 Recorder bundle package. I just want to keep them on file for personel use. Any help would be great. I have a 30 day money back on the software, but I think I need some help troubleshooting it.
