My computer guy stopped by the other day for chat and ask me to come out and connect a new antenna he had bought. I mentioned that my office PC was not "acting" right and he said bring it out. In all this conversation he said he had just rebuilt his PC, again, and that I would not believe how fast it was. Come Saturday morning I show up and he's dying to show me his PC. He clicks up office/word, pdf's, browser, photoshop, quickbooks. Almost as soon as the click finished, these items were up and he had a big grin! He had just installed a 160GB SSD!!

I've heard really good things about them. From what I've heard they're pretty expensive though. I'll have to go price them out.
Of course on a new PC without all the clutter in the Registry most stuff opens quickly. But still...
