I have a customer with a merlin legend with octel 100 mail. Cust cut to a pri t-1. Can anyone tell me how to create 3 different auto attend. in the octel and how to route 3 different numbers on a pri to the octel auto attend. By using the existing setup, calls rings 4 times and go to a single auto attend. and then I have the option to choose which department I want. Customer would like to set up an auto attend. for each department.

Can the calls go immediately to the auto attendant? or must they ring 4 times. If they can go to the auto-attendant immediately, setup some adjuncts extensions using the PRI numbers you want to use, and put them into call coverage. They will ring to the attendant immediately. If I remember right, you can setup the actual mailboxes on the Octel as auto-attendant mailboxes instead of subscriber mailboxes.
