Hey guys,

We have a Corporate Office Call processing Sytem made by Key Voice Technologies. We moved offices and in that move the dongle for the vm system was lost or misplaced. It is on a DOS 6.22 based system and works great except that it is stuck in a one line demo-mode that will lock after 20 inbound connections and ask you to reboot. Would anyone know how to go about getting or ordering a dongle. I have tried to contact Key Voice but they have been bought out by another company. Or would any of you have another thought on how to fix this issue.

thanks for your time.

I already answered this question.
Comdial owns Key Voice. Call 1 800 COMDIAL or find a local Comdial Dealer. The Dongle is the integeral part of the voicemail system, I doubt you will be able to buy it inexpensivly. Perhaps Comdial can verify through the serial number that your system was purchased from Key Voice or a Key Voice Dealer, if they can they might be willing to work with you. I highly reccommend that you find yours.
