I need to track down a copy of the first install disk for a Replay Plus ver. 6.72. I have a set, but the first disk is corrupt and I need that one to get going.

I think I can help you if you did not get a copy yet.

I am not sure, i am looking for same.... maybe you can help me out though. I need to know if there is a way to skip the standard greeting on a mail box, and go straight into leaving a message. Also how we can transfer someone to a mail box without ringing the ext.

In the global prompts is a recording of 1 second of silence. Find it, copy it to a file called 1secsil. Go to the box you want to just take a message, delete the personal greeting and copy 1secsil it its place. No greeting, just a beep to begin the message.

To prevent a transfer to a phone, change the option on the left side of the box from transfer->yes to transfer->no and it will not attept to ring the extension.

Or you can just tell people in your greeting to press star in the future to bypass the greeting and go straight to the beep.
