I have taken over a phone system and voice mail for a customer of ours. They have a comdial phone system and a VMX100 voice mail. The customer wants some things changed on the VM system. I connected my terminal at 1200,7,2,E. and can communicate with the system. Its asking for @password: I'm dead in the water. Does anyone know how to reset or a backdoor password or reset software? PLEASE HELP

Passwords are not posted on the open forum, contact one of the moderators for voicemail by email or telephone listed in their profile.
