I have a 4 port stratagy flash (v3.1/4.1 I think) and the ports hang open. Its connected to a Toshiba 424i. I know there's disconnect signaling in this area. Is there a setting to correct this problem?
PS- it only seems to happen on external calls not internal.

check the analog ext.'s connect to the Stratagy.

Just a thought.....we had same problem
Make sure that the msg lite notification is turned off on phantom mailboxes. They will lock up a Flash when trying to lite msg lights on a non-existant phone!
