I have a customer with a call pilot. Sometimes when people leave messages in the general delivery voicemail box, it leaves the message in extension 224. Im not sure if it's leaving the message in 224 only, or if it is leaving them in both. I tried duplicating the problem on site, but couldn't. Once I left however, it happened again. I called in to try and talk to someone there, and my call went straight to the general mailbox.
Later when I finally got through, the receptionist said that there were no other calls coming in at the time. So I have no idea what the heck is happening. I checked the forwarding of all the extensions, checked all the vm settings for every mailbox, made sure that feat982 was pointing to the right extension, and then when i called in remotely, I set the target attendant to ext 221, which is the ext for the receptionist. Any ideas?!?

Are you sure you don't have CF Busy turned on, or anything like that? I assume you've checked the settings for the Attendant in the AA as well? What version of software is the KSU?

Do your lines ring on ext. 224? Is there any chance that phone is forwarding the calls to VM? Maybe only when it is busy?
