We have an old VMX 100 voicemail system that has a failed HDD. We have bought a replacement VMX 100 - used - for parts. We are unable to get into this unit as we do not know the password. We have not been able to find anyone that can assist in reseting the password. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do this? I can provide contact info if required.
Thanks,
Ed Z.
