Quick question (hopefully).

I am trying to access the Reporting features of Interchange v11

I have installed excel on the pc, but whenever I try to open the xls file that the reporting shortcut points to I get an error

"DAO is not able to access OBDC database 'KVT dbReport': ActiveX component can't create object."

I've checked the Data Source control panel and the KVT dbReport data source is there and tests ok to the mdb file.

I've tried opening the mdb file in Access but get prompted for the password (which I cannot find any documentation regarding the reporting database password other than it is the installed password from the previous night, but that doesn't work).

Any ideas on how to get the KeyVoice reports to work?
