I'm looking for programming information on a "Lingo" voicemail - it's a white box with some colourful writing. We've taken over a customer whose previous installer went bankrupt...

This might be a case where if you can't possibly get the password you will need to contact an active voice dealer.

FYI, I tracked down a hard copy of the Installers manual as well as a user guide. I don't like this product very much though, it's not very well documented and it's time consuming to set up. It also needs 8 AA batteries for backup in case of power failure - what's up with that?
