Have a VSR200 that had it's mini power supply go up on it about a year ago. I just replaced it since its replacement (another VSR) ate its own HDD. I installed the new PS and it came back up. Only problem is, now I can't access the maintenace screen. Fro some reason shift-F10 won't work. Ctrl-Alt-Del works fine, but not shift-F10. Any clues?

That's what I thought at first, but I have tried 4 other keyboards, both AT and ATX w/adapter to no avail. But Ctrl-Atl-Del works on all of them. Not sure if VSR has some sort of admin lock-out... may need to look in the bios to see if there is any thing of interest.

when you press Shift F10 does it ask for the shutdown password at all?

It was the POS monitor I had hooked up to it. I noticed that it was not showing the POST screens on boot-up so I swapped out the monitors. Re-booted and when it came up I hit shift-F10 and lo and behold there was the prompt for the shutdown password. Looks like I have a target for this weekend. I so enjoy shooting monitors...
