Hello.
I have an Aleen VME Pro running on a samsung iDCS 500 system.
When I setup the dial-by-name directory, it will only transfer a call to the person's extension instead of transferring the call to the Voice Mailbox.
Does anyone know how to make the dial-by-name directory transfer to the voicemail when a name is selected?
