Hey all, Has anyone out there used this voicemail? How is the tech support? I'm a little worried about using this system, as it has only been out a short time. Can't beat the price though. Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

Well I was also interested in them but trying to get any info from them is like pulling teeth so I have given up on them and don't think I will try anymore.

Is this an Active Voice product? I Installed something simalar a couple of years ago. It was basicly a Replay + in a small box. The one I put in worked great.
