I have been working on creating a PDF of this but have not finished. If you need info fast, try getting the Amanda@Work Dos manual since they are similar and they wrote the software. Otherwise ask questions and I'll try to answer them. Manual can be found at taa site.

I have a Macrovoice system and I need support. I have tried to call several different numbers I was able to locate for Macrovoice and I can't get through.
The problem we have is that the voicemail will ring to an extension 4 times and then bounce back to the menu again without ever picking up. Anyone know what would cause that or how I can get support!

Fill out you profile,
Then provide model of system i.e MVX100-200, MVX2000, Futura. Also the type of phone system it is hooked to.

I thought I did fill out my profile. What information haven't I provided that is needed?
The Macrovoice system is a MVX-100 Lite 6.01c/5.89. The phone system is Panasonic DBS-40. I have never worked on this system before and I don't have a technical support person that has. Any help would be appreciated

I was finally able to locate tech support. I didn't realize they had become Advantage Telecom. I now have their information.
