I have a Repartee LX voicemail (not sure the version its only a few months old) with analog integration to a WIN 100D. On a very random basis calls ring to the opening box when they should ring to someones personal mailbox. I have tested this on internal/external calls and it dosn't make a difference. After talking with Active Voice Tech support they have told me that it has to do with the ports sending digits to fast. I've played with the timers in the WIN to no avail any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, could the WIN have a bad DTR port? Of a bad dialogic port in the LX? Or a combo of the two? Active voice systems default to main greeting on not finding a digit sequnce that matches something in the voicemail.

The Repartee usually says "I'm sorry, I did not hear your selection..." when it can't match the dtmf tones to something valid like a mailbox. Then it defaults to the main greeting. I've come across the very scenario that AV tech support has told you and the above message is what I hear because the dtmf digits are dialed too fast for the Repartee to understand. If you don't hear that message, then the Repartee is probably not hearing any dtmf digits when it answers, and therefore plays the main greeting. I would perform test calls and monitor with my butt set to see (or hear) what's going on. Look at the ports on the Repartee monitor and see if it happens on the same port everytime.

It seems to only happen on ports 2 and 3, mostly 3. I have yet to experience the problem on port 1.

If it always works on port 1, move the analog extension to port 2 to test to see if it works. Make sure the port is not a dialout port when testing. If it collides with an inbound call when dialing out it will revert to opening greeting. If you have a digit grabber, put that on the port to ensure you are receiving the correct digits that your phone system integration is looking for. You might need to check the avanalog.avd file to tweak it, but since it works everytime on port 1, I doubt that needs to be done. Depending on your integration you may need to change the F option to a higher number. Are you using single digit dialing?, I know there can be issues with the OK__ settings.
