We have Keyvoice 11.1 and are looking to forward voicemail for 2-3 execs to their email. Could someone give me a basic rundown on how to do this? I believe we were told it came with 3 licenses to do this. I have set up on the recording tab to Automatically Copy new messages to box/SMTP address [email protected] after 0 hours, during this schedule: Always. Email Subject: Voicemail Received. I have also setup the email information for the user on the email tab. Thanks.
