What are you trying to do? The default password is the same as replay systems if you are familiar with it. If it has been changed you may have A/V support log into it and reset.

I remember seeing in the I&M manual on how to reset it to the default but I've lost that manual and I don't remember exactly what the sequence is. See if you can find the manual.

I believe that it's either 40 or 50.

I have found the manual and to reset the tech passcode,you must access the system through the console.To reset back to ****,at the command promt,type **********.
Anyone have the software? 4 sail

sometimes I use ********* for the password, it only works on version 2.0.

Rexx123456...please check the dates on the post thread. This is 5 years old. Unless he is a Verizon tech I'm sure it has been solved by now. Also please read the board TOS about posting passwords.
