I have a customer with a teleco perfet voice voicemail system and they have no documentation for it, that also means I have no documentation for it. The previous vendor is out of business They need some AA routing changes,and a basic tune up. Can someone help me get started?

I really could use the manual for Teleco Perfect Voice Answer. I have the end user guide. What I really need is the guide to installation and administration. Mine say its model MVP-4 Rev. Level B2. Thanks

Because no one is perfect (i am guessing) and sometimes when someone get frustrated they may say something that might offend others. I apologize. I hope it's okay to post this:
If someone is looking for the full Teleco Perfect Voice (pc version) manual...i can provide info on where to get it, just pm me. I did have to pay for this particular copy but it was not expensive at all. I would provide a free copy of my own, but the file is quite large [17,249 KB] and that wouldn't be fair to the business I got it from (sorry).
