I have a prophet light on a dk16e. My problem is that the AA will not transfer to the 2 digit extentions. Press 2 for sales and 3 for service works fine but if you enter a 2 digit ext number instead of transferring you to your selected extension you hear the main greeting again. Everything else works fine. Any Idea's.
