I have an Infostar VX2 voicemail that I make program
changes on mostly by phone from my office. When I
add a new mailbox I can set up everything except the
persons name because I don't have those codes.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

When you are asked for the persons name use the dial pad and the letters associated with the numbers. This is only necessary for the dial by name feature. If you need to actually put the names in you need to be at the VX2 and log in and go to the c screen. Then F9 and F10 to scroll between the extension numbers.
