I have a new customer with an Active Voice Replay. The original installer bailed on them leaving them with no log in information. I have the manuals but the default login info doesnt seem to work. Is there an override for this system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The dogs changed it on you. Try having the customer call the other vendor and demand the login. Of course if the customer owes them money they may not want to go that route. Sometimes you can get lucky if a user has been assigned as a system manager. Simply press the F2 key and login as 9XXX (where XXX is the extension number) for every user. If one of them is assigned as a sys mgr then the next prompt will be for their password. Hopefully the user will know that. Try the big shots first. Failing that, Active Voice can get in to whatever file it is where the login is stored and reset it to default. It will cost you, however, and they may even demand that you be a reseller before they help you at any price. All the best Razzjammer
