On a NT Key Voice mail system is there a way to take the recorded messages and burn them to a CD?
I am not sure what format the message are in - example Mg001032.000
Any inout would be appreciated.

The message files will be named something like mg001001.004 The MG means message, the 1001 is the extension number, and the 004 is the message number. You'll find these in the c:\vm\m directory I believe. You can make a copy of the messages and then rename the last 3 digits to wav. You can then open the file with media player. For example, if I had file MG001043.002 I would rename that to be MG001043.WAV and then open it by double clicking on it. This should work for you.

You are correct on most of it, some of the older versions need to converted to a wav file.
It all depends on what version of interchange you are running.
