I have been charged with changing what I believe is the greeting message for the voicemail system. It is basically the message that comes up when you use the one press voicemail key. I need to change both the night and day message due to some changes in the company.
Any and all help will be appreciated. The PanaVoice system is hooked up to the DBS system, I can provide the version number of that if possible, Thanks again.

The main greeting must be changed from the adminstrator's mailbox or login. Can you find any docs on adminstering the voicemail because chances are the password has been changed and you will need it to log in as admin. Also, please fill out your profile so that we know who we're helping.

I do have a list of passwords for different voicemails extensions. The one that I thought would be admin x100 doesn't appear to be it. Sadly the only documents I have is the large manual about the Panasonic DBS which I can't seem to find the PanaVoice one.

Aur, I know you came here for help on something that the end user should be able to do. But without knowing what the admin login is, you can't change the greeting. May I suggest that you contact a Panasonic dealer near you who can retrieve that information and assist you in changing the greeting.

Thanks for all the help, the only other option I found spoke of some keycard attachment but that is nowhere to be found either. Thanks again!

I have managed to find the admin login and get into the system. I'm now going through all the help files in there to try and figure this out. That and try to see how local connect works. Any help would be appreciated. I can give the firmware number and so forth if neccessary.

Easyiest way is after your logged in go to the trasaction box you need to change (greeting) the select local connect at the top, the put in an ext # and the use the PC to start and stop the recordings, Hint if you do not have a mouse attached never delete the current greeting, always record over it, if you select delete and have no mouse its a pain to get the cursor back on the record button.
