I'm just wondering if there is a simple way of getting the PanaVoice 2.0 system to give a directory listing or if you have to create a seperate type of box for it?

There should be a predifined number such as 411 for the directory in the application screens.

Isnt the PanaVoice just an Active Voice Replay?

yes the panavoice is just like a replay in that sence. 555 is the factory dial by name directory in the system and most change it to 411, otherwise if you want a recorded list of directorys you have to set up a seperate transaction box and link it from the main greeting thru a one key dial.
