I have a site with running a key voice. No problems with the actuall VM, but UM is not playing nice hear lately. On several PC's the machine will not shutdown with the UM client installed. You must do a hard shutdown or remove the UM client. Tech Support is of no help, so I have come to the next best thing!  Anyone seen any strange behavior like this?

What version of voicemail? What version of UM client? SMS, IVM, or DMS? Any other specifics you can provide would probably help.
