Anyone familiar with an older Innovation Voice Technologies Innline system. It is about 6 yrs old. Their Tech Support says they don't support it any more. It keeps locking up and won't take calls until you do several hard reboots. It is attached to a Mitel system in a hotel. I can't find any Manuals. Any help would be appreciated.

Genesis used to sell and support those. Not sure if they still do, but they would be good folks to call.

Ditto. Most Innovations had a modem and the Genesis techs could remotely do some stuff---but it has to be in DOS at the C prompt for them to do that (I think)---so you would have to be on site.
It sounds as if you may have some hardware problems, though. Let us know what happens.
Did your customer fool around with it at all?? Quite a few years ago, I had a customer that decided to "reset" and to "make some adjustments". Totally screwed things up---had to eventually start from scratch with a new another board. Not a pretty sight.

I did get tech support to dial into it twice and they managed to get it back up and said they checked all the programming although they don't support this system any more, but it just went down again every time after a couple of days. The owner has finally agreed to replace it so I am :toothy:
