This is a recent vm install and today the greeting or message will play but does not reconize any thing that is dialed. If you dial the extension number, star or 0, nothing happens. Is there anything I should check? Same thing happens when you enter the password to check vm.

Turn on the trace feature and see if the system is hearing the DTMFs.

In the various routing boxes, check the single-digit routing. Also, check to see if When Digit Received, Wait for More Digits (Yes/No) is set to Yes. I believe the default is No.
If that doesn't work, definitely do as suggested by RBF and run a trace to find out what voicemail is hearing.

Thanks - I will check these the next time I am on site. I reboot at 3:00 am and started working again.
